Hello!
I’m Nikki, a qualified Health & Wellness Coach & member of the UK Health Coaches Association.
I specialise in supporting women over 40 to make healthier choices through positive, sustainable lifestyle changes, so they can live life with energy, balance & purpose and thrive through mid-life & beyond.
Making changes on your own after years of habitual living can sometimes seem like an insurmountable task. In fact, knowing what changes to feel you want to make can lead to confusion and uncertainty when we are constantly faced with so much conflicting information.
My role is to nurture a supportive relationship in which you feel comfortable to explore where you are currently in your health and wellness journey and what matters to you; enable you to set meaningful health-related goals; and provide guidance, accountability & encouragement to help you reach them, successfully.
I am particularly passionate about normalising the conversation around menopause and breaking down the stigma which surrounds it, supporting women through the menopause transition and helping them to recognise that while we do have to accept our bodies our changing we don’t have to accept a decline in our quality of life. By valuing our health & wellness and learning to prioritise it without guilt, we can move through this phase of life with positivity & energy and embark on an exciting new chapter, healthy & happy.
My other passion in life is running! Although I came to it relatively late, not starting until around age 40, I found my love for endurance running & have completed distances from 5k through to ultramarathon. Now in my 50’s, I’m as passionate as ever about the importance & benefits of movement & exercise for our physical, mental & emotional health; even more so as we travel through menopause & beyond. I certainly don’t intend to stop my running journey any time soon!
I’m a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness & I coach midlife women, from beginners to improvers, helping them to discover the life-changing experiences & whole health benefits that running can bring.
So if you’re ready to start making those changes then please get in touch.
I offer a free no-obligation 30-minute telephone consultation in which we can have an informal chat about what you would like to achieve, and also to see if we are the right fit for each other.

Health coaching is a relatively new concept in the UK but is growing quickly in popularity.
It is an entirely coachee-centred process with a trained health coach working in close partnership with an individual (usually for a minimum of 90 days) to achieve a desired health outcome.
Health Coaches help people to improve their health and happiness, change their habits, and empower themselves to be advocates for their own well-being.
Some scientists believe up to 95% of human behaviour is a result of habit; that’s why so many of us struggle to make lifestyle changes that stick, even when we know we need to. We’re creatures of habit…which is why it can be so difficult to make drastic changes with no support or accountability to help us follow through.
Health coaches provide support, expertise, guidance and importantly accountability to enable the person to make sustainable and impactful lifestyle change.
