Hello there, I am a fully qualified health coach here to support your health and wellness goals. Health is about so much more than what you put on your plate and more a state of overall wellness that incorporates our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
I am a member of the UK and international health coaching association.
I am here to offer support and guidance with any of your health, wellness and nutrition goals. Having found exercise and a change in nutrition to be a turning point in my own life I decided to put some authority and qualifications behind my passion for health and nutrition and studied to become a health coach.
I graduated from the institute in integrative nutrition (the world’s leading health education platform) and have studied 100’s of dietary theories and learnt from a wide variety of wellness experts. Whatever works best for an individual it is important to note that diet and exercise alone is rarely the whole picture.
You can eat well and go to the gym every day but if you aren’t sleeping, your home life and relationships aren’t serving you or your feeling stressed you’ll never be the best version of health that you can be.
I feel particularly passionate about helping and empowering mums and especially single parents to be the best version of themselves. I know how tough it can be having raised two sons as a single parent and caring for one with autism I am aware of the immense impact this can have on the mind and body and how important it is to look after oneself. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
I am an immensely positive, warm, and caring person and believe our greatest lessons come from the hardest moments in life. I am here to help you turn your pain into power. It may mean goal setting and be accountable to me or it may be more practical steps like a visit to the supermarket together where I can assist in making the right food choices that work for you.
