Sian Winslade

I’m a life coach, experienced educator and mentor. I was a teacher/mentor for 25 years in mainstream, independent and special education schools.

My last position involved working with children with emotional, social and behavioural problems – a very challenging role, but one that added to my knowledge of human behaviours, self-esteem, motivation and setbacks.

I qualified as a coach in 2012 part-time and then returned to coaching full time in 2020 after leaving the classroom.

I’m deeply passionate about making positive changes in people’s lives, knowing that they are only one thought away from creating a new life. I work with a wide range of clients from lawyers, trainee doctors, teachers, project managers, professional sports people, television editors and everyone in between.

My mission is to impact as many people as possible, by providing quality coaching, asking deep questions, laughing a lot and giving my clients a new lease of life and direction, that was previously missing.

If you feel stuck, don’t know what you are doing with your life and want me to help you find your purpose, then everything and anything is possible. My best results come from those clients that are totally committed to the process and are yearning for change, whether that be in their relationships with loved ones and friends, setting firm boundaries, dealing with overwhelm and chaos, career change, or building self-confidence after a break-up.

I’ve lived a varied and interesting life, and am twice divorced with two daughters, one of whom has special needs. I’ve experienced poor mental health and found my way back. I want to be able to help guide you to a life that is designed by you, for you.
