Hi, I’m Rosemary

A fully qualified Advanced Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.

I embarked on my career later in life, starting my journey as a therapist in my 40’s. Taking myself off to university at 55, I earned a degree in psychology, which further solidified my expertise and deepened my understanding of the human mind.

Having experienced many difficulties and traumas throughout my life, it took me a long time to realise my real self. That really was a turning point for me, discovering that my highly sensitive nature and my ability to tune into both my own needs and those of others was not a weakness but my greatest strength.

Embracing this superpower allowed me to overcome my own fears and limiting beliefs, and now it fuels my passion for helping others do the same.

I intuitively guide individuals to connect with themselves, enabling clients to experience a deeper understanding of their own mind. Helping clients to overcome anxiety, fears, and self-doubt while building confidence and self-esteem. With a holistic approach, I empower people to change beliefs that no longer serve them, unlocking their potential to lead balanced, fulfilling lives. Working closely with my clients has demonstrated to myself the power of resilience and the amazing human capacity for profound personal growth.

I help clients with many issues including anxiety, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, phobias, loss, smoking cessation, and weight loss.

I am affiliated to the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
