My approach recognises that life experiences are often interconnected, therefore I work with the whole person and do not specialise in a specific cause or consequence of trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to explore both the cognitive and emotional aspects of their experiences. The aim is to help you build self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience, enabling you to better navigate life’s challenges. I can offer both therapy and coaching, depending on your needs. For those suffering emotional distress, whether from past experiences or current struggles, I provide a space to explore and process feelings and support emotional healing. Some clients begin with therapy and then transition into coaching, applying their new insight to new goals and challenges.
I am committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space where all clients feel respected and valued, regardless of their background or identity. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, specifically those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and tailor my work to individual needs.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP), with an MA in Clinical Counselling and also an affiliate member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) working towards accreditation as a senior practitioner.
