No one teaches us how to understand the mind – it certainly doesn’t come with a ready-made manual – but I love knowing that my work makes a huge difference to others.
Most people I work with want to enhance their mental and emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety and relieve stress, so that life feels more enjoyable. Others come to me for help with specific areas of their physical health, including gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, weight management and smoking cessation, or to facilitate change.
