Your healing

I am Anna Fradgley and I offer a full body Touch of Light Body Massage with Angelic Reiki. This combination of modalities provides you with a highly spiritual, deep relaxation of mind, body and soul for renewed energy.

You may be feeling low or depressed, experiencing recent or ongoing grief, going through a stressful time, feeling stuck in life or at a crossroads. This treatment will help move stagnant energy through your body for natural dissipation and will help rebalance you.

We would have a chat beforehand to enable you to express what is happening in your life, any blockages, physical pains or emotional sensations. This provides us both with the insight of what is troubling you, to help with your healing.

You will receive a full body massage, from head to toe incorporating the balancing of meridian points and chakras. At the same time I will concentrate on areas of your body which need specific Angelic Reiki healing. The session will end with crystal healing and an aura cleanse followed by the opportunity to feel the benefit of your treatment in quiet relaxation. I will incorporate aromatherapy into your treatment by blending essential oils based on what you like and what would benefit your healing.

I also offer oracle card readings and shamanic soul retrieval, but I can appreciate that not all clients want this. It is something that could be incorporated into your healing journey should you wish, in the future.

About Me

I have been on a significant spiritual journey which started in 2007 after a nervous breakdown. Having been in a stressful career as a buyer and marketer, I stepped away to look after my family and myself. I entered into local politics by accident wanting to help people and the local community, only to find it was an extremely toxic environment to work in.

After intense therapy in 2018, I retrained as a holistic specialist in various modalities including massage, reiki, crystal healing, soul retrieval, life coaching, aromatherapy, feng shui, body healing and somatic dance therapy. Being an empath, I have always had the natural ability to feel other people’s energies, so I now know I am doing what I should have been doing all along!
